Terms of Service

Harvest Your Passion LLC · Phoenix, Arizona · Effective date: July 18, 2026

The plain version: use the platform honestly, treat it as a tool — not a substitute for professional advice — and we'll hold up our end: a service we stand behind and terms written to be read, not to trap you. If anything here isn't clear, email us and a person will answer.

1. The service

Harvest Your Passion LLC ("Harvest," "we," "us") provides:

  • Roots — a personal life-organization app (tasks, goals, bills, debts, assets, and related tools).
  • Coaching — one-on-one coaching services, delivered through sessions and our coaching portal.
  • Content — articles, principles, and learning materials on our website.

By creating an account or purchasing coaching, you agree to these terms.

2. Accounts

  • You sign in most commonly through Google sign-in. You're responsible for keeping that sign-in secure and for activity that happens under your account.
  • Provide accurate information when you set up your account.
  • You may close your account at any time; see our Privacy Policy for what happens to your data when you do.

3. Acceptable use

Simple version: use the platform for its purpose. Don't:

  • Break the law, or use the service to harm, harass, or defraud anyone.
  • Try to access other users' data, or probe, disrupt, or overload our systems.
  • Copy, resell, or redistribute the service or its content without permission.
  • Upload malicious code or content you don't have the right to share.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

4. Your content

What you create inside the platform — Roots entries, coaching notes, drafts, and everything else you type, upload, or build here — stays yours. We don't claim ownership of it.

To run the service, you grant us a limited license to store, display, and process your content — for example, to render it back to you, back it up, and let your coach see what you've shared in a coaching session. We use it to operate the platform for you, not for anything else.

5. Coaching is not professional advice

  • Coaching is a development partnership. It is not therapy, counseling, medical care, legal advice, or financial advice, and it is not a substitute for any of those. If you need a licensed professional, we'll tell you so and encourage you to get one.
  • Your results depend on your own decisions and follow-through. We bring full effort and honest counsel; we do not guarantee specific outcomes.
  • Individual coaching engagements may also be governed by a separate coaching agreement signed at the start of the engagement, which sets out scheduling, cancellation, and rescheduling specifics for that engagement.

6. Payments & refunds

Payments are processed by Stripe; prices are shown before you buy. Refund, cancellation, and billing specifics for a given coaching package or engagement are set out in the terms provided to you at the time of purchase. Taxes, where applicable, are your responsibility unless stated otherwise.

7. Third-party services

Running the platform means relying on outside services — for hosting, sign-in, payments, and the outside accounts (like Instagram or Google Calendar) you choose to connect. The full list of who we work with, and what each one does, is in our Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

  • The service is provided "as is" and "as available." We work hard to keep it reliable, but we can't promise it will always be error-free or uninterrupted, and we don't make guarantees beyond what's stated in these terms, to the extent the law allows.
  • We're not responsible for indirect or knock-on losses — things like lost profits or lost data — that might result from using the service, to the maximum extent the law allows.
  • If something does go wrong and we're found liable, our total responsibility is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the issue arose.

9. Termination

You can stop using the service and close your account at any time. We can suspend or end an account that violates these terms or puts the platform or other users at risk. Where reasonable, we'll tell you why. Sections that by their nature should survive closing an account — like payment obligations already owed, and the disclaimers and liability limits above — continue to apply after termination.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

11. Changes to these terms

This page will evolve as the platform does. When we make a change that matters, we'll post the update here — no silent changes to what actually matters. This page is the current, single source of truth for our terms.

12. Contact

Questions about these terms: harvestyourpassionllc@gmail.com. A person reads these — usually within 1–2 business days.

This page is written in plain language so it's actually useful — not legalese theater. It is not a substitute for legal advice, and it is reviewed periodically by counsel to keep it accurate as the platform and the law evolve.
