I develop businesses, products, and people.
I came to this country at 8 years old. I didn't speak English. I didn't have a roadmap. What I had was a family that believed in hard work and a faith that taught me God has a plan — even when I can't see it.
Since then, I've spent 14 years in leadership and management. I've built businesses with my brothers. I've read 91 books, completed over 100 hours of coaching training, and spent thousands of hours developing the people around me — at work, at home, and in my community.
Nothing I share is new. I take timeless principles — from faith, from books, from leaders before me — and translate them for today, using today's tools. That's what I do.
