Harvest Your Passion LLC · Phoenix, Arizona · Effective date: July 18, 2026

The plain version: we collect what we need to run the platform and coach you well — nothing more. We don't sell your data, we don't rent it, and we name every company that touches it below. If anything here isn't clear, email us and a person will answer.

1. What we collect

Account & sign-in information

  • Your email address, collected when you sign in — most commonly through Google sign-in. We never see or store your Google password.
  • Your name and any basic profile details you choose to add.

Content you create

  • The items you create inside the platform — Roots entries (tasks, goals, bills, debts, assets, notes), coaching session notes and messages, blog or content drafts, and anything else you type, upload, or build here. This is yours, and it's personal by design.

Business data you connect

  • If you choose to connect an outside account — Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Etsy, Google Calendar, and similar — we access only what that connection needs to work (for example, to help you schedule a post or see an order). You can disconnect any of these at any time.

Payment information

  • Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your card number — Stripe handles it and sends us confirmation of the transaction.

Contact-form information

  • The name, email, and message you send us through a contact or intake form.

2. How we use it

  • To run the platform: sign you in, store what you create, and deliver coaching sessions and materials.
  • To operate the connections you turn on — for example, posting content to a social account you've connected, or syncing a calendar.
  • To communicate with you: reply to your messages, send the account and session emails or texts you'd expect.
  • To improve the platform, using aggregate patterns — not the content of your private entries.

We do not sell your personal information, ever. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

3. Who helps us run this (third-party services)

We're a small company and we rely on well-established services to run the platform. Each one only receives what it needs to do its job:

ServiceWhat it does for us
SupabaseDatabase, authentication, and file storage — where your account and app data live.
NetlifyHosts and serves the website.
StripeProcesses payments. Your card details go to Stripe, not to us.
Meta (Facebook & Instagram)Powers the features you use if you connect an Instagram or Facebook account — for example, viewing or scheduling content.
LinkedInPowers the features you use if you connect a LinkedIn account.
EtsyPowers the features you use if you connect an Etsy shop.
GoogleSign-in, and any Google services (like Calendar) you choose to connect.
TwilioSends text messages you've opted into, such as appointment reminders.
CloudflareDNS, content delivery, and security for our domains.
ResendSends transactional email — confirmations and notifications — on our behalf.

Each of these companies has its own privacy practices governing the data it processes for us. We choose vendors that take security seriously and give them only the minimum access needed.

4. Cookies

We keep cookies minimal. We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to remember basic preferences — nothing more. We do not currently run advertising trackers or sell data to ad networks. If that ever changes, we'll update this page and tell you plainly, not bury it in fine print.

5. Data deletion

You can ask us to delete your account and the data tied to it at any time. Email harvestyourpassionllc@gmail.com and we'll take care of it — a real person handles this personally, usually within a few business days. Some records (like payment history we're required to keep for tax purposes) may be retained as long as the law requires.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights — to access, export, or correct your data, for example. Email us with your request and we'll honor it to the extent required by applicable law, even where it isn't strictly mandatory.

6. Children's privacy

Harvest Your Passion is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, email us and we'll remove it.

7. Changes to this policy

This policy will evolve as the platform does. When we make a change that matters, we'll post the update here and adjust the effective date above — no silent changes to what actually matters. This page is the current, single source of truth for our privacy practices.

8. Contact

Questions, requests, or concerns about your data: harvestyourpassionllc@gmail.com. A person reads these — usually within 1–2 business days.

This page is written in plain language so it's actually useful — not legalese theater. It is not a substitute for legal advice, and it is reviewed periodically by counsel to keep it accurate as the platform and the law evolve.
